2. Where are your orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from North Carolina, USA. Most packages are sent via USPS.

3. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Transit times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days.

4. Do you offer Priority Shipping?

Yes, we do! If you need your order shipped via Priority Mail or Express service, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to provide you with options and shipping estimates.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the USA. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us—we sometimes arrange international shipping depending on the location on a case-by-case basis and will provide you with an estimated shipping cost.

12. How are your bone products made?

Our bone beads and pendants are handcrafted from upcycled and recycled cattle bone. This sustainable process gives new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste. No animals are harmed in making these products. Each piece is carefully shaped and polished by skilled artisans, making them eco-friendly and unique.

13. What metals are used in your beads?

Our metal beads are mostly made from brass and copper alloys, with some designs crafted from zinc alloy.

14. What is Tibetan silver?

Tibetan silver is a traditional alloy commonly used in Nepalese and Tibetan jewelry. It usually contains a mix of metals (such as copper and zinc) with a silver-like finish. Please note that Tibetan silver is not pure sterling silver.

15. How do I care for my beads and jewelry supplies?

Keep beads and jewelry away from water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store them in a dry, cool place. Wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed.
