Return Policy

At NepalBeadShop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• To start a return, please contact us at nepalbeadshop7@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

Exchanges:
We recommend returning your item for a refund first, then placing a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers:
If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to return your order for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 8-10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed, contact us at nepalbeadshop7@gmail.com.
